About the role

  • Analyze current business processes across finance, operations, supply chain, and commercial functions to identify inefficiencies, bottlenecks, and control gaps.
  • Support the design and implementation of process improvements to reduce waste, improve cycle time, and enhance quality.
  • Apply Lean Six Sigma, TPM, Kaizen, and similar methodologies to streamline workflows and improve KPIs.
  • Document current-state and future-state processes, workflows, and standardized SOPs.
  • Assist in evaluating business processes to ensure alignment with internal control standards, policies, and regulatory requirements.
  • Support the design, documentation, and testing of process controls to mitigate operational and compliance risks.
  • Maintain process documentation, including narratives and flowcharts.
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously, providing visibility into progress, risks, and dependencies.
  • Collaborate with business partners to gather requirements needed for our tech teams and to ensure solutions are practical and sustainable.
  • Assist with change management activities, including documentation, communication, and training support.
  • Build strong relationships with stakeholders to drive adoption of new processes and ways of working.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams, including operations, finance, technology and compliance.
  • Support senior leaders and managers with ad hoc analysis and continuous improvement efforts.

Requirements

  • BA/BS in Accounting, Finance, Business, or related field; MBA or CPA a plus.
  • 3+ years of experience in process improvement, internal controls, or project/program management; consumer products or e-commerce experience preferred.
  • Strong project/program management skills with one or more certifications strongly preferred: PMP/PMI, SCRUM Master, Lean Six Sigma (Green Belt or higher), Kaizen, or TPM.
  • Experience supporting project management activities, including planning, tracking milestones, managing deliverables, and coordinating with cross-functional stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
  • Comfortable working independently in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
  • Highly proficient in Excel, PowerPoint, and process mapping tools (e.g., Visio, Lucidchart).
