About the role

- Hybrid/remote environment – Ability to travel to client sites within a reasonable distance from your home.
- Physical requirements may include lifting up to 70 lbs
- Required to have reliable transportation to travel to client sites as needed
- Must be a U.S. Citizen with a current Driver's License.
Requirements
- 3-5 years of IT experience working remotely or onsite supporting end users.
- Related industry certifications preferred (A+, MCSE, MCSA, MCITP, CCNA, etc)
- Supporting HP, Dell, Intel, or Lenovo client and server hardware
- Supporting Windows operating systems such as Windows 10/11 and server operating systems ranging from 2012 to 2022
- Virtualization technology including Hyper-V and VMWare ESXI Virtual Servers.
- Strong knowledge of Active Directory, Group Policies, DNS, DHCP
- Network systems knowledge including switch management (variety of hardware vendors), VLANs, routing, firewall support including WatchGuard, SonicWALL, Cisco, and Fortinet FortiGate Firewalls.
- Microsoft 365 Administration
- Wireless experience managing and supporting autonomous and managed access points.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in a customer service or office support role.
