About the role

  • Lead a team of Level Two analysts and associates focused on customer service
  • Coach and develop a team of Subject Matter Experts
  • Responsible for hiring and attrition efforts of the team

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required

  • Proven experience in leading and managing teams

  • Preferred experience with Salesforce CRM
