Project Manager

• Manage development activities for multiple advanced nuclear project sites from early-stage diligence through pre-construction readiness.
• Coordinate land acquisition and site control efforts, including diligence, landowner engagement, and agreement execution.
• Travel as needed to prospective sites and sites actively under development to implement Blue Energy project development strategies, including securing land, permits, and to establish and maintain a strong local presence.
• Coordinate with permitting teams to ensure all local, state, and federal permits are secured on schedule and in alignment with the overall project timeline, assisting with application preparation as needed.
• Collaborate with utilities, interconnection SMEs, and commercial teams to help shape evolving interconnection and offtake strategies throughout project development, including supporting interconnection agreement procurement, negotiation, and compliance.
• Track project schedules, risks, action items, budgets and key development milestones across internal and external teams.
• Support portfolio management efforts, including prioritization of development activities, coordination of key deliverables, and tracking of strategic development objectives across multiple projects.
• Coordinate closely with engineering, commercial, finance, and legal teams to ensure alignment on project execution strategy.
• Evaluate new project opportunities, including site screening, transmission proximity, water access, and land use considerations.
• Prepare concise internal memos, presentations, and leadership updates summarizing project status, risks, and recommendations.
• Build and maintain relationships with landowners, consultants, utilities, economic development organizations, local elected officials, regulators, and other external stakeholders.
• Build community support for Blue Energy’s project development efforts and constructively address any concerns raised by local stakeholders.

Associate General Counsel

Principal

• Support origination and advancement of commercial opportunities with hyperscalers, data center operators, industrial customers, and select utilities
• Lead strategic analysis for hyperscaler/offtake models, helping design and position new commercial structures that meet evolving customer needs
• Work directly with customers on strategic and commercial topics - translating their requirements into contract structures, commercial value propositions, and data-driven recommendations
• Contribute to the structuring, evaluation, and negotiation of long-term offtake agreements (PPAs, capacity structures, virtual products, thermal offerings, or bespoke commercial constructs)
• Conduct targeted market analysis across U.S. power markets, including RTO dynamics, load growth, data center energy strategies, decarbonization procurement, and relevant nuclear policy
• Develop high-quality commercial materials (customer narratives, pitch decks, proposals, term sheets, internal strategy outputs) tailored to senior decision-makers
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams (product, finance, policy, deployment) to ensure commercial strategy aligns with technical and regulatory considerations
• Represent Blue Energy in customer meetings, industry events, and strategic workshops
• Support RFP and bilateral procurement processes, ensuring compelling, insight-driven submissions

Principal – Commercial

General

• Research, qualify, and evaluate suppliers for technically complex nuclear and advanced manufacturing goods and services.
• Assess manufacturing capabilities, quality system maturity (ASME N-Stamp, ISO, NQA-1), experience, financial stability, and capacity.
• Conduct market intelligence on pricing benchmarks, lead times, and competitive dynamics to challenge costs and identify sourcing alternatives.
• Develop complete RFP/RFQ packages translating engineering drawings and specifications into competitive solicitations.
• Manage the full solicitation cycle - bidder lists, issuance, pre-bid meetings, Q&A, bid tabulations, evaluations, and award recommendations - coordinating with Engineering, QA, and Project Management throughout.
• Enforce competitive bidding, negotiate favorable terms, pursue consolidation opportunities, and develop alternative sources to reduce single-source dependency.
• Track and report cost savings and avoidance against budget benchmarks in a maintained savings log.
• Issue accurate POs in the ERP system covering scope, specifications, delivery, quality requirements, and regulatory flow-downs.
• Manage acknowledgements, expediting, change orders, and closeout, including verification of documentation packages (MTRs, QC records, certifications).
• Follow all procurement policies, approval authorities, and SOPs.
• Maintain complete, auditable files for every sourcing event and PO.

Senior Buyer

Operations

• Lead operational readiness planning, including staffing, training, and procedure development for SMR and CCGT systems.
• Ensure operator licensing and qualification programs meet NRC, INPO, and NERC standards.
• Oversee and participate in commissioning, fuel load, pre-operational testing, and systems turnover from construction to operations.
• Coordinate with EPC contractors, licensing teams, and engineering to ensure operations requirements are integrated into construction and startup activities.
• Establish and foster a strong nuclear safety culture and operational excellence mindset across the entire operations team.
• Manage daily operations of both SMR and CCGT assets with a focus on safety, reliability, and load coordination.
• Ensure compliance with NRC regulations, NERC standards, EPA air permits, and other applicable federal/state requirements.
• Track performance indicators, identify gaps, and lead improvement initiatives.
• Represent the site during NRC, INPO, NERC, and ISO audits or inspections.

Plant Operations Manager

Accounting Manager

• Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements (P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow) in accordance with US GAAP
• Lead the month-end close cycle — own the checklist, resolve blockers, and escalate to the Controller as required
• Review, approve, and post all material journal entries including accruals, depreciation, ARO accretion, and intercompany eliminations
• Maintain a journal entry log with full audit traceability from source transaction to financial statement
• Prepare the monthly management accounts pack with variance analysis for the Controller
• Co-ordinate year-end statutory accounts preparation and external audit support
• Provide managerial review of the AP function — ensure three-way matching (PO, receipt, invoice) before payment approval
• Review and approve payment runs above the AP Lead’s delegated authority threshold
• Monitor the aged creditor report; resolve escalated holds and exceptions
• Enforce segregation of duties between invoice entry, approval, and payment release
• Own and maintain the 13-week rolling cash flow forecast, consolidating AP, AR, payroll, and capex inputs
• Monitor actual cash against forecast; update assumptions on a rolling basis
• Identify liquidity constraints and recommend corrective actions to the Controller

• Calculate all debt covenant ratios monthly (DSRC, LTV, interest coverage) and flag breaches immediately

• Administer and support Blue Energy’s Microsoft 365 ecosystem, including Entra ID, Intune, Exchange Online, SharePoint, Teams, and associated enterprise platforms.
• Support and maintain secure digital infrastructure environments across Blue Energy operations.
• Assist with Azure infrastructure administration, cloud environments, and virtual infrastructure management.
• Build virtual machines, virtual desktop environments, and secure remote access solutions.
• Maintain endpoint compliance, device lifecycle management, and identity/access governance across the organisation.
• Support infrastructure documentation, asset management, technical standards, and operational procedures.
• Support implementation and continuous improvement of Blue Energy’s cyber security posture and operational security standards.
