Analyst

• Manage and maintain our CRM system (HubSpot) and other tools to track leads, offtakers, and outreach campaigns.
• Support the development and origination teams with financial and commercial deliverables.
• Conduct market research and competitive intelligence across U.S. power markets (ISO dynamics, demand growth, decarbonization trends).
• Assist in structuring and negotiating PPAs and related energy agreements; build fluency in commercial energy contracting.
• Prepare, refine, and tailor pitch decks, proposals, and marketing materials for hyperscalers, data-center developers, industrials, and utilities.
• Coordinate and attend industry conferences and customer meetings; represent Blue Energy professionally with external stakeholders.
• Support targeted outreach to potential offtakers and partners in priority sectors (data centers, industrial load, utilities, governments).
• Support RFP and RFI responses, ensuring tailored, data-driven submissions.

Origination Analyst

General Counsel

• Lead and negotiate complex commercial contracts, including offtake agreements (PPAs), OEM/vendor supply agreements, EPC and service contracts, and partnership frameworks.
• Structure and execute development capital raises, joint ventures, strategic partnerships, and M&A opportunities.
• Provide legal guidance on project finance, equipment finance, and non-dilutive capital strategies, including tax equity and credit monetization.
• Draft, review, and negotiate a broad range of transactional documents that support company growth and risk mitigation.
• Serve as a trusted advisor to the executive leadership team and Board of Directors on key legal and commercial matters.
• Advise on corporate strategy, risk management, and long-term commercial structuring.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with finance, development, engineering, and government affairs teams to ensure legal alignment across company initiatives.
• Participate in company-wide strategic planning and business development efforts.
• Oversee corporate governance frameworks, entity formation and structuring, capitalization tables, and intercompany arrangements.
• Support board and shareholder activities, ensuring proper governance documentation and compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Implement scalable internal policies, controls, and legal processes that align with best practices for a growth-stage energy company.
• Monitor emerging laws, regulations, and policy developments affecting energy infrastructure, financing, and nuclear deployment.
• Design and implement effective risk management and contract management systems.
• Develop templates, playbooks, and negotiation strategies to support efficiency and consistency across commercial operations.
• Manage outside counsel relationships, ensuring cost-effective, high-quality support across multiple jurisdictions.
• Build and lead an internal legal team as company needs evolve.

Deputy General Counsel – Corporate & Commercial

Engineer

• Provide in-depth technical expertise to develop, manage, and implement engineering analysis, activities, and programs.
• Provide technical expertise and consultation through direct involvement to identify and resolve equipment and system problems.
• Provide complete task management of engineering issues.
• Perform engineering tasks as assigned by supervision applying engineering principles
• Accountable for the accuracy, completeness, and timeliness of work ensuring proper configuration management and assuring that standard design criteria, practices, procedures, and codes are used in preparation of plans and specifications.
• Perform independent research, reviews, studies, and analyses in support of technical projects and programs.
• Recommend equipment, new concepts, and techniques to improve performance, simplify construction, reduce costs, correct design, or material flaws, or comply with changes in codes and regulations.
• Provide detailed engineering support for electrical and I&C systems including high-voltage/low-voltage power distribution, generator protection, control systems, DCS, PLCs, SCADA, and field instrumentation.
• Interpret and validate design drawings, single-line diagrams, wiring diagrams, and control logic.
• Evaluate vendor documents for electrical equipment, I&C devices, and control panels; interface with OEMs.
• Support site construction teams with technical guidance on equipment installation, cable routing, terminations, grounding, and loop checks.
• Ensure construction is in compliance with design specs, safety standards (e.g., NEC, IEEE, IEC), and QA/QC procedures.
• Lead commissioning planning and execution of electrical and I&C systems, including:
• Cold and hot loop checks
• System energization
• Instrument calibration and functional checks
• Generator synchronization and protection relay testing
• Work with startup teams to validate proper operation of gas turbines, steam turbines, HRSG controls, and balance-of-plant systems.

Senior Electrical and I&C Engineer

QA Engineer

• Model excellence by demonstrating the highest standards and values in work and promoting them within the organization and externally
• Assist in developing a greenfield nuclear Quality Assurance Program
• Provide quality program oversight, compliance and guidance as required while maintaining appropriate independence
• Creating procedures for Quality Assurance (QA) and other departments as they relate to quality
• Develop or assist in creating and implementing a Corrective Action Program
• Assist in developing and implementing a document and records management program
• Assist in developing and providing training on QA-related topics and assists in the resolution of quality-related problems
• Assists in ensuring Blue Energy staff understand quality requirements and how these requirements apply to their work
• Reviews procurement documents to ensure appropriate quality controls are specified
• Perform independent QA assessments/audits to ensure project QA plans are properly executed and evaluates the effectiveness of controls delineated in these plans
• Supports management and staff with QA services, as requested
• Assists in developing supply chain and providing supplier oversight and support
• Perform supplier qualification audits
