💰 $104,641 - $129,643 per year
About the role
- Spearheads renewal and cross-selling initiatives for a dedicated portfolio of national clients
- Architects and implements customized strategies that align national client business objectives with BCBSMA's comprehensive suite of solutions
- Strategically engages and manages relationships with key internal and external stakeholders
- Embodies and promotes the core values of BCBSMA
- Serves as a dedicated advocate for national account clients and their members
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree required
- Master’s degree in Business or related area a plus
- Massachusetts Producer License required (or obtained within 90 days of hire)
- 5+ years' experience managing complex national clients within health insurance industry
- 3+ years’ experience in managing National / Major Accounts (>1K subs)
- 5+ years of prior sales experience
- Ability to travel to local client sites as required
