Brand Manager

• Drive the creation of a global marketing operation process to enable seamless execution of the seasonal marketing strategy
• Report directly to the Global Director, Brand Operations and partner with Brand Leaders (N. America, Japan, Korea, Greater China, Hong Kong)
• Support planning and implementation of seasonal calendars to bring product and brand initiatives to life across all touchpoints
• Manage organization and communication of marketing timelines and milestones to ensure accountability and delivery expectations
• Maintain the global marketing playbook, create workflow and automation tools to execute the brand marketing plan
• Create a global marketing reporting structure to share objectives, KPIs, and outcomes of marketing initiatives on a seasonal basis
• Partner with cross-functional teams to test, measure effectiveness, and optimize brand marketing campaigns
• Own Creative and Marketing projects from start to finish to support initiatives
• Rally and inspire cross-functional teams of creatives, digital marketers, product managers, and retail leaders to align work around product stories and launches
