• Write product briefs and manage briefs through our I2L process, including collaborating with marketing on content and messaging, influence and partner with US GMs on product forecasting, while ensuring products arrive complete on time.
• Analyze channel results and recommend updates to cafe assortment.
• Provide information to the field on cafe promotion strategies.
• Coordinate communication strategies with Cafe Operations, including support on writing one sheets.
• Provide appropriate merchandising and product information for training and resolution of any product issues.
• Visit cafes as needed to review visual merchandising and gain feedback from cafe leaders.
• Operate in PLM and data reporting applications.

Director

• Lead all construction processes for new cafe and facility builds, renovations, and upgrades
• Define and execute a globally scalable cafe development process, with direct accountability for on time, on budget openings in North America
• Oversee budgeting, bidding, scheduling, permitting, and construction execution across multiple concurrent projects
• Ensure cost effective delivery by identifying and implementing value engineering opportunities while preserving design integrity
• Rigorously control projects costs, manage change orders, and track against budget with transparency
• Maintain and evolve Blue Bottle’s construction standards, documentation, and processes to support growth
• Vet, select, and manage general contractors, consultants, and vendors across all project phases with a focus on innovation, speed and cost-efficiency
• Conduct site reviews and coordinate punch list resolution, handover, and closeout documentation
• Partner closely with Real Estate and Design to ensure feasibility, constructability, and budget from early phases
• Establish KPIs and review mechanisms to drive accountability, track performance, and optimize our development playbook.

Director of Cafe Development, Construction

Designer

• Ensure all projects are executed on time, on budget and in line with brand standards in terms of design and quality
• Uphold the brand identity in design and function to meet Blue Bottle standards and expected team (operational) and guest experience
• Work closely with local/global cross-functional teams and external partners to establish project schedule, from initial concept through final execution
• Lead external design partners in following through with design direction provided by Global Cafe Design
• Supervise and coordinate all architectural and construction activities involved with the opening of new and/or existing cafe enhancements
• Prepare project launch package by gathering all the necessary information (test-fit, cafe program, site survey, photo report, vendor guidelines, brief documents, arch/MEP drawings)

Store Design and Development Specialist

Manager

• Responsible for the US e-commerce P&L, manage financial KPIs (P&L) of Bluebottlecoffee.com and 3P marketplaces in North Americas including budgeting, forecasting, and monitoring.
• Leverage digital channels to support a holistic guest experience across channels.
• Develop and execute a comprehensive e-commerce strategy aligning DTC, Amazon, and other third-party retail channels under a cohesive growth plan; monitor performance metrics and adjust strategies.
• Ensure strong operational execution by collaborating with internal teams to manage inventory flow, compliance, and demand forecasting; recommend digital commerce exclusive SKUs and offerings.
• Add fuel to the channel's profitable growth trajectory while onboarding incremental digital platforms and wholesale solutions; monitor and evaluate digital commerce performance metrics.
• Manage the full site experience including product listings, merchandising, navigation, and third-party app integrations.
• Manage email/CRM and paid media reports to execute digital commerce initiatives; serve as subject matter expert on digital commerce within the organization.
• Ensure compliance with legal guidelines and industry standards around accessibility and privacy; work closely with Digital Product manager to address bugs and optimize performance.
• Own planning and execution of direct marketing activations and developing automated CRM flows to onboard new signups and enhance customer engagement.
