About the role
- You coordinate appointments, prepare them, and maintain contact with our customers
- You prepare quotes and orders and review the related documentation
- You contribute to tender/RFP processes and ensure proposals are submitted correctly and on time
- You manage our sales processes using our CRM and keep it up to date
- You collect customer feedback and ensure customer satisfaction
Requirements
- Vocational commercial training (e.g., office management clerk) or a degree in business/economics (BBA or similar)
- Experience in inside sales or sales administration
- Excellent MS Office skills, especially Excel and PowerPoint
- Fluent German and good command of English
