Platform Engineer

• You install, configure and operate our BI and planning systems on Windows and Linux servers.
• You take care of updates, patches and securing the systems (including authentication, certificates and encryption).
• You work closely with our BI consultants to set up and run new solutions.
• You analyze incidents and performance issues, identify sustainable solutions and document your changes.
• You support the setup and operation of cloud environments (e.g., in Azure) and contribute ideas for automation and standardization.

• You coordinate appointments, prepare them, and maintain contact with our customers
• You prepare quotes and orders and review the related documentation
• You contribute to tender/RFP processes and ensure proposals are submitted correctly and on time
• You manage our sales processes using our CRM and keep it up to date
• You collect customer feedback and ensure customer satisfaction
