Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements, target profiles, and recruitment strategies.
Execute full-cycle recruiting for technical and functional roles across the Adobe ecosystem (AEM Developers, Data Engineers, Architects, Digital Strategists, and MarTech Specialists).
Source candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter, advanced boolean searches, job boards, and networking strategies.
Manage candidate pipelines, screen applicants, and present qualified shortlists to hiring managers.
Coordinate interviews, feedback sessions, and offer negotiations.
Maintain accurate data in the ATS (Workday preferred) and provide recruiting status updates and reports.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure consistent branding and candidate engagement.
Requirements
3+ years of recruiting experience with a focus on technical and digital talent acquisition.
Proven success filling roles within the Adobe Experience Cloud ecosystem (AEM, AEP, AJO, Workfront, etc.).
Strong sourcing skills using LinkedIn Recruiter and advanced search strategies.
Excellent organizational and project coordination skills.
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
