About the role
- Monitor production environments, proactively identifying and responding to incidents
- Participate in incident response, ensuring rapid mitigation and service recovery
- Perform root cause analysis and propose corrective and preventive actions
- Gather requirements from stakeholders to create and maintain dashboards, metrics and alerts
- Execute and support preventive maintenance activities
- Automate operational routines and support the development of automation pipelines
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of processes, operational standards and reliability practices
Requirements
- Currently pursuing a degree in Technology, Engineering, Business Administration or related fields
- Previous experience in technical support and/or incident management
- Intermediate knowledge of observability and monitoring tools (Prometheus, Grafana, Loki, Datadog, Zabbix or similar)
- Basic knowledge of cloud environments and containers (AWS, Kubernetes, Docker)
- Familiarity with databases and SQL
- Strong analytical skills and ability to solve problems under pressure
- Proactive, organized, and with good communication skills
- **Preferred / Nice-to-have**
- Knowledge of version control and code versioning (Git/GitHub or similar)
- Experience or familiarity with coding and automation using languages such as Python, Ruby or Bash scripting
- Knowledge of operating systems with a focus on Linux (and basic Windows knowledge)
- Understanding of how monitoring and observability tools work
- Previous experience or exposure to Cloud environments (AWS)
- Knowledge of SQL databases, including query construction
- Familiarity with distributed computing and microservices architectures
- Experience or understanding of CI/CD implementation (Continuous Integration and Continuous Delivery)
