About the role
- Managing incoming customer interactions via phone, chat, and email

Requirements
- Fluency in Danish and English, both written and spoken
- Strong communication skills and a customer-focused mindset
- Good problem-solving abilities and digital confidence
- Ability to remain calm and professional when handling customer concerns
- Previous experience in customer support, technical support, or digital services is considered an advantage
- Interest in streaming platforms, digital media, or online entertainment is a plus
