About the role
- Recruit and select candidates.
- Post job openings on relevant platforms and manage the flow of applications;
- Screen resumes and conduct competency-based interviews;
- Manage recruitment and selection processes for clinical/support roles (psychologists, occupational therapists (OTs), speech therapists, etc.) and administrative positions — both online and in-person;
- Maintain an up-to-date and organized talent pool/database;
- Support the facilitation of group activities and specific assessments/tests when necessary;
- Prepare reports with recruitment and selection metrics;
- Oversee the onboarding process for new hires;

- Support the facilitation of group activities and specific assessments/tests when necessary;
- Prepare reports with recruitment and selection metrics;
- Maintain communication with managers from different departments regarding the progress of selection processes;
- Oversee distribution of uniforms, PPE, and equipment;
- Conduct follow-ups with newly hired employees during the first weeks to assess adaptation, address questions, and reinforce alignment with the role and company culture;
