• Recruit and select candidates.
• Post job openings on relevant platforms and manage the flow of applications;
• Screen resumes and conduct competency-based interviews;
• Manage recruitment and selection processes for clinical/support roles (psychologists, occupational therapists (OTs), speech therapists, etc.) and administrative positions — both online and in-person;
• Maintain an up-to-date and organized talent pool/database;
• Support the facilitation of group activities and specific assessments/tests when necessary;
• Prepare reports with recruitment and selection metrics;
• Oversee the onboarding process for new hires;
