Data Analyst

• As Senior Operations Performance and Analytics Manager, you’ll be part of the Central Operations Planning and Performance (CoP and Perf) team, reporting to the head of CoP and Perf, and also closely collaborating with the VP Operations and wider operations team.
• You’ll help drive operational excellence by leading analysis of our operational data, by owning and improving our operational data landscape as well as being an important liaison to other teams in the business (eg. the finance team, BI, commercial, central quality, customer delight etc.).
• You also focus on optimising the accuracy of our operational metrics, analyse data to identify cost saving or efficiency opportunities, help build business cases for operational changes or new operational requirements and ensure close monitoring of metrics to establish delivery to our budgets and targets (eg. financial, quality, CO2, etc.).
• Additionally, you’ll work closely with the operational leadership team to set budgets and execute strategy.

Supply Chain

Procurement

• Develop and deliver the strategic procurement roadmap for our non-horticultural gifting categories (e.g Food/drink, Candles, Cosmetics) owning the plan to hit both cost saving and range expansion goals.
• Drive our margin ambitions by leading negotiations to deliver significant, measurable cost savings without sacrificing quality.
• Act as the key commercial partner to our Range team, helping them select the best products by providing market assessments and supplier benchmarks.
• Source exciting new products & suppliers to scale our range, including owning the development of our Bloom & Wild branded products with a focus on baked goods and confectionary.
• Own and develop our key supplier relationships, setting the tone for long-term strategic partnerships and managing their holistic performance.
• Negotiate, implement, and manage comprehensive commercial and operational contracts.

Procurement Lead – Non Horticultural

Operations

• Together with the Senior Bouquet Coordinator, your key goal is to translate beautiful design visions into tangible, high-quality, and profitable products.
• As a Bouquet Operations Assistant, you sit at the crucial intersection of Range, Design, Buying, and Production.
• Your core purpose is to collaborate with the Senior Coordinator to ensure every design sketch moves smoothly and efficiently toward becoming a real, high-quality, and profitable bouquet.
• You'll work hand-in-hand with the Senior Coordinator and the Buyers.
• By providing essential coordination and administrative support and meticulously completing all necessary groundwork, you ensure every design is production-ready.
• This guarantees the Buying team has full visibility into the specific flowers and stems required for on-time and in-full delivery.

Bouquet Operations Assistant – 6-12 months FTC

Customer Support

• A typical day sees you actively engaging with customers through various channels in Zendesk, working to resolve their issues, communicating with colleagues on Slack for support, and completing associated admin duties.
• You’ll also spend part of your week attending company and team meetings, sharing feedback with colleagues, and spending time with your manager evaluating your performance and working on growth opportunities within your role.
• Working hours for this role will be with shifts between 13:00 and 22:30 Wednesday-Friday and may change when required to match the business needs. This also includes bank holidays. Flexibility is required for this role.

Customer Support Associate – Late Shift, Dutch Speaking

Data Engineer

• Learn and contribute to building and maintaining the company data platform
• Build and maintain data pipelines using AWS Database Migration Service
• Develop custom pipelines in Python using the Meltano framework
• Participate in developing data transformations using dbt
• Manage resources across Snowflake and AWS environments using Terraform
• Implement data validation checks, write tests and update documentation
• Monitor, debug and improve data platform performance with Datadog
• Collaborate with squad to deliver work in small, valuable increments using agile practices

Junior Data Engineer

• Provide customer support for Bloom & Wild Group (bloomon and Bloom & Wild), focusing on German-speaking customers
• Handle requests via email, WhatsApp, live chat and phone; occasionally support Dutch and English queues
• Use Zendesk for ticket handling, coordinate with colleagues on Slack, and complete associated admin duties
• Attend company and team meetings, share feedback, and work with your manager on performance and growth opportunities
• Work shifts between 08:00 and 19:00 (GMT) Monday–Sunday, including bank holidays; flexibility required (evenings and weekends)

Product Team: At B&W our mission is to become the leading premium gifting platform across Europe and the Product team has a key part to play in this. We create value for our customers and for Bloom & Wild by developing user-facing (e.g. website, apps) and internal digital products (e.g. warehouse technologies) that deliver exceptional customer experiences and drive loyalty. We are a highly collaborative team of 16 people including Product Managers, Product Designers. Product Analysts and Product & Tech Operations who report to the Chief Product Officer with a team located in London, Amsterdam and fully remote. Over 70% of our Product team identify as female.
We have 7 squads that work in fortnightly sprints to deliver outcome focussed quarterly OKRs. Each of these squads is responsible for the strategic decision making within their Product area with an associated Product Manager.
What you’ll be doing: As the Product manager for Apps, you will be responsible for our iOS and Android apps, across both Bloom & Wild and bloomon. Our apps are key engagement and loyalty drivers here at B&W and play an important role in our strategy to becoming the leading premium gifting platform across Europe, by making it effortless to shop our gifts on the go.
