Supply Chain

• Manage day-to-day relationship with our carriers in Germany & Austria (DPD, UPS and General Overnight) to ensure we are meeting agreed service levels
• Monitor internal and external delivery performance reporting and proactively address live issues in close collaboration with Customer Delight and Warehouse teams
• Manage shipping configuration in our internal backend systems, ensuring the correct delivery options are available to customers on the appropriate days and that orders flow smoothly through our systems.
• Analyze delivery performance data, cost trends and customer feedback (e.g. NPS) to identify optimisation opportunities
• Lead and support improvement initiatives to enhance customer experience, delivery performance and operational efficiency (e.g. testing a new carrier)
• Work cross-functionally with Commercial, Product, BI, Customer Delight and Warehouse teams
• Support and lead the creation of data-driven recommendations and business cases where required.
• Lead on the planning, project management and execution of peaks (Christmas, Valentine’s Day & Mother’s Day)
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders and carriers to ensure peak readiness and excellent performance on the most important days of the year.

Marketing

• Support the development and localisation of the DE partnership strategy
• Research, identify and help prioritise commercial and brand partners based on Bloom & Wild’s goals
• Assist in sourcing and maintaining a pipeline of tactical and commercial partnerships
• Support proposal creation and coordination to launch partnerships successfully
• Help manage existing partnerships, including online campaigns, affiliate promotions, and selected offline activations
• Share seasonal assets (copy, imagery) with partners and ensure relevance for the German market
• Work closely with Brand, PR and Creative teams to support partnership activations.
• Support the management and growth of the DE affiliate programme
• Coordinate offers, placements and assets with the agency team
• Help maintain and expand tactical partnerships such as B2B, in-box inserts and seasonal promotions
• Support basic reporting, invoicing and operational coordination with internal teams
• Assist with homepage banners and seasonal landing page updates.
• Support the planning and execution of selected events, workshops and partnership activations in Germany
• Help prepare event materials and marketing assets (some travel required).
• Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external partners
• Support ad hoc projects during key seasonal peaks.

• A typical day sees you actively engaging with customers through various channels in Zendesk, working to resolve their issues, communicating with colleagues on Slack for support, and completing associated admin duties
• You’ll also spend part of your week attending company and team meetings, sharing feedback with colleagues, and spending time with your manager evaluating your performance and working on growth opportunities within your role
• Working hours for this role will be with shifts between 08:00 and 19:00 (GMT) Monday-Sunday and may change when required to match the business needs. This also includes bank holidays. Flexibility is required for this role. We expect you to work at least one evening shift per week and in a pattern across weekends too.
