Operations

• Design, implement, and continuously improve core operational processes across the organization, ensuring alignment and accountability between teams.
• Act as a connective leader between customer-facing teams (Sales, Customer Success, Account Management) and internal teams (Product, Technical Ops, Compliance), ensuring that insights flow seamlessly and execution is coordinated.
• Map and improve the full customer lifecycle—pre-sale through implementation to ongoing account success—with a focus on quality, speed, and satisfaction.
• Identify opportunities to automate workflows and deploy AI tools internally to increase efficiency, reduce friction, and scale operations.
• Take frontline customer feedback and translate it into structured insights for Product; ensure that new product releases are operationalized and successfully adopted across teams and customers.
• Track key metrics, and use analytics to guide prioritization, team performance, and strategic improvements.
• Play a foundational role in building and scaling the Operations function. Recruit, onboard, and develop a high-performing team over time.
• Lead cross-functional initiatives tied to growth, compliance, and process improvement in collaboration with the COO and executive leadership.

Project Manager

• Lead and manage the end-to-end implementation process for new initiatives and strategic projects, as well as on-going required projects.
• Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and milestones.
• Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure timely delivery of project components.
• Monitor project progress and adjust plans as needed to meet deadlines.
• Collaborate with the product and engineering teams to address technical requirements and ensure implementation plan.
• Ensure quality assurance checks and testing to ensure successful deployment.
• Regularly update clients/external and internal teams on project status.
• Proactively identify potential issues and work to resolve them before they impact the project.
• Provide clear documentation and report to stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.
• Conduct post-implementation reviews with clients and internal stakeholders to gather feedback and identify areas for improvement.

Implementation, Project Manager

Backend Engineer

• Own critical service design and technical road-mapping;
• Harden our data pipelines and API layer for scale, security, and HITRUST / HIPAA compliance.
• Design, code, and refactor scalable microservices (Java / Node.js) and data pipelines; drive coding standards, logging, and observability.
• Own REST endpoints and service contracts used by mobile and web apps; ensure backward compatibility and versioning.
• Model relational (PostgreSQL) and NoSQL (MongoDB) schemas, write performant queries, and guide migrations, backups, and HA strategies.
• Deploy and operate services on GCP; integrate CI/CD, IaC (Terraform/CloudFormation), feature-flagging, and automated model retraining or inference pipelines where applicable.
• Embed HIPAA, HITRUST, and OWASP best practices into code reviews, secret management, encryption, and audit logging.
• Benchmark services, tune JVM/Node runtimes, and implement autoscaling, caching, and graceful-degradation patterns.
• Provide technical guidance to junior engineers, review pull requests, and champion DevSecOps culture and agile rituals.
• Influence build-vs-buy decisions (e.g., choosing an MSSP, auth provider, or observability stack) and lead PoCs.
• Work with the ISO to collect architecture diagrams, runbooks, and security artifacts required for HITRUST/SOC 2 audits.
