About the role
- Support company growth by meeting or exceeding personal quota goals on monthly, quarterly, and yearly basis, driven by a combination of closed-won revenue and network penetration depth.
- Conduct comprehensive discovery calls emphasizing business value, deliver live product demonstrations, and engage in detailed negotiations about Bloomerang's software and services.
- Build, qualify, and oversee a sales pipeline that is approximately twice your sales quota by deeply saturating your assigned national accounts' affiliate networks.
- Generate pipeline through proactive outbound efforts specifically targeted at affiliate networks. This includes hosting webinars, Q&A office hours, conference calls, and executing targeted outreach to drive adoption.
- Work strategically with national offices to launch targeted initiatives, such as identifying "cohorts" of struggling chapters and transitioning them to Bloomerang to improve fundraising outcomes.
Requirements
- Understanding on Nonprofit structures, specifically around Federated organizations
- Strong Empathy, Relationship Building and Networking skills
- Ability to work autonomously and creatively
- Exceptional Communicator, especially around value-based selling
- Experience with Nonprofit Saas Sales
