About the role
- Execute marketing campaigns in Marketo or HubSpot, including email sends, nurture programs, and audience segmentation
- Manage campaign setup, testing, QA, and scheduling for accurate delivery
- Maintain data integrity across marketing automation and CRM systems
- Support lead management processes in partnership with Revenue Operations
- Build and maintain reporting dashboards to track campaign performance
- Partner with Demand Generation and Lifecycle Marketing teams for campaign implementation
- Identify opportunities to streamline campaign execution processes
Requirements
- 5–7 years of Marketing Operations experience in B2B SaaS companies
- Stack familiarity: hands-on experience using HubSpot or Marketo, with knowledge of Salesforce, Outreach, LeanData, Chili Piper, RevSure, Asana or Jira
- Campaign execution expertise: high level of accuracy in QA, testing, scheduling, troubleshooting
- Data management skills: maintain clean marketing and CRM data
- Reporting and analytics competency: ability to build dashboards and provide actionable insights
- Collaboration and communication: work closely with Demand Generation, Lifecycle Marketing, and Revenue Operations teams
