About the role

  • Direct, coach, and develop a team of HR Business Partners
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for complex or high-risk employee relations issues
  • Serve as the lead change agent for the HRBP team, guiding them through skill modernization
  • Audit existing HRBP workflows to eliminate manual redundancies
  • Act as the dedicated HRBP for a select team
  • Lead the execution of annual performance reviews and merit increase processes
  • Partner with people leadership to lead on change management
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and internal policies

Requirements

  • Minimum of 7 years of progressive experience in Human Resources, with at least 5 years specifically in an HR Business Partner or leadership capacity
  • Minimum of 3 years of direct people management experience, specifically leading other HR professionals
  • Proven track record of designing and implementing HR programs that resulted in measurable business improvements
  • Advanced proficiency in HRIS platforms, Talent Management Systems, GSuite, and Notion preferred
  • Deep understanding of EEO, FLSA, FMLA, and other applicable employment laws
