  • Translate a project contract into an actionable scope of work for teams to execute.
  • Understand and prioritize problems to be solved, and adapt effectively as context shifts.
  • Foster shared definitions of outcomes and success, even as conditions change or new information emerges.
  • Help teams develop a shared sense of how different parts (people, process, tech) can work together to meet project goals and deliver concrete value.
  • Use qualitative and quantitative data to inform product decision-making.

  • Create clarity, accountability, and structure that enable a team to deliver.

  • Facilitate well-run meetings and clear asynchronous communication.

  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders and clients about what to expect and when.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of product management experience in the digital or technology space
  • Consulting experience, including navigating complex external client and stakeholder relationships
  • Experience managing cross-functional teams (including user researchers, content strategists, and software engineers) to deliver discovery insights or ship products and services
  • Ability to communicate clearly and increase transparency, with a strong sense of situational awareness and conflict resolution
  • Experience in government procurement is a bonus (but not required)
  • Located in the contiguous United States
  • Legally allowed to work in the U.S. (we are unable to sponsor work visas)
