About the role

  • Own the operational delivery of Bloom’s 1:Many and Group Coaching sessions
  • Manage coach availability across 1:Many and Group Coaching sessions
  • Prepare and distribute structured briefing packs for each session
  • Create and manage meeting links and configure breakout rooms
  • During sessions, monitor attendance and manage interactive tools
  • Execute calm, structured responses to technical failure
  • Track attendance and engagement data
