About the role
- Identify and research target accounts within defined industries and ICP criteria
- Execute outbound prospecting campaigns (email, phone, LinkedIn, events)
- Follow up on inbound marketing leads in a timely and professional manner
- Book qualified discovery meetings for Account Executives
- Maintain consistent activity levels to meet pipeline creation targets
- Provide feedback on messaging effectiveness and lead quality
- Support Account-Based Marketing (ABM) outreach for priority accounts
- Update HubSpot (RightCrowd CRM) with daily BDR activity
- Attend regularly scheduled sales, marketing and technical meetings and trainings
- Clearly articulate RightCrowd’s value proposition
Requirements
- 1–3 years of experience in business development, sales development, or lead generation (preferably in B2B SaaS or physical security/identity management industry)
- Track record of success in cold outreach and lead qualification
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills; confident and persuasive in verbal and written communication
- Resilient and self-motivated with a strong work ethic and desire to grow in sales
- Experience using CRM tools like HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar
- Prior experience working collaboratively with sales and marketing teams
