About the role

  • Make 100+ outbound calls per day to franchise brands, restaurant groups, and multi-location businesses
  • Run cold outreach across phone, email, and LinkedIn
  • Learn and deliver a clear, repeatable pitch for Block’s commercial offering
  • Qualify prospects and schedule meetings for the commercial sales team
  • Maintain accurate activity, notes, and follow-ups in CRM
  • Track daily activity and performance metrics
  • Work closely with Sales and Leadership to continuously improve scripts, targeting, and messaging

Requirements

  • 1–3 years of sales or outbound experience (SDR, BDR, inside sales, call center, or similar)
  • Comfort making a high volume of cold calls every day
  • Coachable mindset with a strong work ethic and positive attitude
  • Clear, confident communication skills
  • Motivated by goals, metrics, and growth opportunities
  • Experience using Apollo, ZoomInfo, or similar prospecting tools is a plus
  • Bonus: exposure to franchises, restaurants, construction, or services-based businesses
