About the role
- Make 100+ outbound calls per day to franchise brands, restaurant groups, and multi-location businesses
- Run cold outreach across phone, email, and LinkedIn
- Learn and deliver a clear, repeatable pitch for Block’s commercial offering
- Qualify prospects and schedule meetings for the commercial sales team
- Maintain accurate activity, notes, and follow-ups in CRM
- Track daily activity and performance metrics
- Work closely with Sales and Leadership to continuously improve scripts, targeting, and messaging
Requirements
- 1–3 years of sales or outbound experience (SDR, BDR, inside sales, call center, or similar)
- Comfort making a high volume of cold calls every day
- Coachable mindset with a strong work ethic and positive attitude
- Clear, confident communication skills
- Motivated by goals, metrics, and growth opportunities
- Experience using Apollo, ZoomInfo, or similar prospecting tools is a plus
- Bonus: exposure to franchises, restaurants, construction, or services-based businesses
