About the role
- Partner with the VFX team and other content groups to plan, track, and facilitate the timely delivery of assets and features.
- Assist in maintaining and prioritizing the content backlog, ensuring alignment with project goals and deadlines.
- Support the organization and documentation of team meetings, feedback sessions, and playtests, capturing action items and decisions.
- Help identify and communicate blockers, risks, or issues to the appropriate leads and contribute to solutions when possible.
- Facilitate the flow of information between teams to maintain clarity and foster a collaborative environment.
- Provide hands-on support across a variety of content types, as needed, acting as a flexible generalist for the team’s initiatives.
- Uphold professionalism, reliability, and a positive, proactive attitude in all interactions.
Requirements
- 3+ years of professional experience in game development, interactive media, or a related field.
- Familiarity with cross-functional game development teams (experience with art, VFX, audio, design, or engineering pipelines is a plus).
- Exposure to project tracking tools, such as JIRA and Confluence, is helpful but not required.
- Interest in world-building and visual effects, with a curiosity for game production as a whole.
- Familiar with Agile project management methodologies such as Scrum and Kanban.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills, with a willingness to learn on the job.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and adapt to changing priorities in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
- Motivated self-starter who is eager to contribute and grow within a creative team.
- Collaborative mindset, open to feedback, and enthusiastic about supporting others.
- Basic understanding of agile or similar project methodologies is an asset.
