About the role
- Lead and align multi-platform marketing campaigns and creative content across B2B and B2C
- Develop and support the Voice & Copy team to create big idea-driven creative
- Direct agencies, freelancers and production partners and manage internal campaigns
- Build and lead a high-performing team, hiring and mentoring strategic creatives
- Bring updated GoodRx brand strategy to life and ensure consistent voice and tone
- Ideate campaigns and content across video, digital, print, packaging and social
- Manage highly visible and complex projects from upper funnel campaigns to evergreen creative
- Partner with cross-functional teams and oversee agency partners and freelancers
Requirements
- BS degree in marketing or related degree or the equivalent in years of experience
- 15+ years of creative and copy experience creating content and campaigns for both B2B and B2C audiences
- 5+ years of managing high-performing creative teams
- A portfolio featuring a wide range of creative campaigns and strategic, breakthrough ideas
- Strong analytical ability and clear and effective written, verbal, and visual communication skills
