About the role
- Own end-to-end recruiting from role kickoff to offer acceptance
- Partner closely with hiring managers to define hiring strategies and candidate profiles
- Proactively source and engage high-quality candidates across multiple channels
- Build strong talent pipelines for key roles across Australia and the US (some early morning calls will be required)
- Run structured interview processes and ensure a great candidate experience
- Provide hiring managers with market insights and talent data
- Improve recruiting processes, tools, and workflows as we scale
- Help strengthen Blinq’s employer brand and talent outreach
Requirements
- 3–7+ years recruiting experience (agency, in-house, or a mix)
- Experience hiring for go-to-market roles (Sales, Marketing, Customer Success) or Product & Engineering
- Strong sourcing skills and ability to engage passive candidates
- Ability to partner closely with hiring managers and influence hiring decisions
- Comfortable working in fast-paced startup environments
- Highly organised with strong attention to detail
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
