• Maintain organized, production-ready Figma files and uphold strong file hygiene practices.
• Act as final design checkpoint, ensuring accessibility, responsiveness, and alignment with brand standards.
• Prepare and polish final design files for development handoff with pixel-perfect accuracy and consistency.
• Partner with developer’s post-handoff to review builds, flag design QA issues, and guide in-dev refinements.
• Serve as a go-to expert on design system and toolkit, ensuring proper use and advocating for continuous improvement.
• Implement and extend design system components, spacing, and visual patterns in real-world digital experiences.
• Collaborate with design system and engineering partners to maintain visual and functional consistency across web and app.
• Contribute to system documentation and education, helping elevate design system literacy.
• Translate UX flows and product requirements into refined, visually engaging UI designs.
• Create and iterate on high-fidelity mockups, prototypes, and design specs in Figma.
• Respond to feedback with a refinement mindset, improving clarity and scalability of design assets.
• Identify opportunities to streamline production processes and elevate design consistency.
• Contribute to shared best practices and advocate for design system-driven efficiency.
