About the role
- Lead and mentor the DevOps team in a fast-paced, agile environment.
- Own the architecture, implementation, and maintenance of Blink's cloud infrastructure (AWS).
- Drive the evolution of CI/CD pipelines, automation frameworks, and monitoring systems.
- Ensure high availability, performance, and security of production environments.
- Collaborate with developers to optimize delivery processes and improve development velocity.
- Implement and maintain infrastructure-as-code practices (Terraform, Pulumi).
- Build internal tooling to support development, testing, and deployment at scale.
Requirements
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- 5+ years of experience as DevOps Engineer
- At least 2 years in a leadership role
- Deep knowledge of AWS and cloud-native architecture
- Strong experience with infrastructure-as-code tools (Terraform, Pulumi, etc.)
- Expertise in CI/CD systems (GitHub Actions, Jenkins, CircleCI)
- Experience with container orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes)
- Proven track record building secure, reliable, and scalable systems
- Experience with monitoring, alerting, and observability tools (Prometheus, Grafana, Datadog)
- Experience in a high-scale SaaS environment
- Strong scripting skills (Python, Bash)
