About the role
- Lead and mentor the DevOps team in a fast-paced, agile environment
- Own the architecture, implementation, and maintenance of Blink's cloud infrastructure (AWS)
- Drive the evolution of CI/CD pipelines, automation frameworks, and monitoring systems
- Ensure high availability, performance, and security of production environments
- Collaborate with developers to optimize delivery processes and improve development velocity
- Implement and maintain infrastructure-as-code practices (Terraform, Pulumi, etc.)
- Build internal tooling to support development, testing, and deployment at scale
- Drive technical decisions and collaborate closely with engineering and product teams to ensure reliability, scalability, and speed across environments
Requirements
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- 5+ years of experience as DevOps Engineer
- At least 2 years in a leadership role
- Deep knowledge of AWS and cloud-native architecture
- Strong experience with infrastructure-as-code tools (Terraform, Pulumi, etc.)
- Expertise in CI/CD systems (e.g., GitHub Actions, Jenkins, CircleCI)
- Experience with containerization and orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes)
- Proven track record building secure, reliable, and scalable systems
- Experience with monitoring, alerting, and observability tools (e.g., Prometheus, Grafana, Datadog)
- Experience in a high-scale SaaS environment
- Strong scripting skills (Python, Bash, etc.)
