Legal team operates at the intersection of innovation and regulation, serving as strategic thought partner for the business.
Provide legal counsel on federal and state legislative and regulatory matters affecting healthcare and pharmaceutical sectors, including regulation of the practice of pharmacy, pharmaceutical supply chain, data privacy and technology, and pharmaceutical pricing.
Monitor and evaluate relevant legislative and regulatory developments and emerging trends at state and federal levels and educate cross-functional stakeholders.
Conduct and synthesize comprehensive 50-state surveys to support regulatory compliance and business expansion and translate requirements into clear, practical advice.
Draft legal memoranda, internal guidance documents, and external policy responses regarding legislative and regulatory initiatives.
Support the company’s advocacy for policies that promote access and innovation in healthcare and the pharmaceutical supply chain.
Collaborate with executives and cross-functional partners to convey Blink’s stance on healthcare and pharmaceutical supply chain legislative and regulatory matters.
Work on other ad hoc projects as needed by the Legal team and the broader company.
Requirements
J.D. degree from an ABA-accredited law school and active bar membership in good standing.
3+ years of relevant legal experience, ideally in healthcare, pharmaceutical, and/or life sciences regulatory work; antitrust experience highly desirable.
Strong foundation in both federal and state regulatory frameworks; experience conducting or managing 50-state surveys preferred.
Demonstrated ability to interpret, assess, and advise on proposed legislation and complex policy changes.
Experience working on Capitol Hill or within a federal or state agency is a plus.
Ability to own, organize and prioritize projects effectively in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
Flexibility and willingness to work on a broad range of projects and organizational initiatives.

Fluency in English and authorization to work in the United States.
