• You will be responsible for our HR operations and handle tasks ranging from managing benefits, contracts and employee master data to ongoing personnel administration.
• You will support recruiting activities—from drafting job postings and handling day-to-day applicant correspondence to onboarding new colleagues.
• You will design our employee surveys, coordinate their implementation and analyze the results.
• You will organize our employee reviews, which take place twice a year, and prepare the related analyses.
• You will plan and organize company-wide team events, including monthly get-togethers and a larger event each quarter.

• Lead and develop the Munich-based production team
• Oversee sourcing, negotiation, and supply of components

Operations Manager

Production Engineer

• Production Industrialization: You drive the industrialization and stabilization of our semi-automated production line, identifying and resolving technical bottlenecks to improve throughput and repeatability.
• Automation Development: You develop and implement automation solutions for production setups — including scripting and tooling in Python to streamline manual steps and improve process reliability.
• Quality & Yield Monitoring: You monitor production quality and yield on an ongoing basis, identify root causes of deviations, and report results to your supervisor with clear recommendations.
• Operator Guidance: You guide and support our production operator in the day-to-day assembly of sensitive LiDAR components, ensuring adherence to assembly instructions and quality standards.
• Material Planning: You keep an eye on material availability, initiate reorders in time, and coordinate with procurement to ensure production continuity.
• Cleanroom & Lab Operations: You work in our cleanroom and lab environment, handling sensitive optical and mechanical assemblies with the required care and precision.
• Process Documentation: You document production processes, work instructions, and improvement measures in a structured and traceable way.
• Cross-functional Collaboration: You work closely with R&D, Industrialization, and Quality teams to implement design-for-manufacturing improvements and support new product introductions.
