About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- You will be responsible for our HR operations and handle tasks ranging from managing benefits, contracts and employee master data to ongoing personnel administration.
- You will support recruiting activities—from drafting job postings and handling day-to-day applicant correspondence to onboarding new colleagues.
- You will design our employee surveys, coordinate their implementation and analyze the results.
- You will organize our employee reviews, which take place twice a year, and prepare the related analyses.
- You will plan and organize company-wide team events, including monthly get-togethers and a larger event each quarter.
Requirements
What you’ll need- You are currently enrolled in a degree program such as Business Administration or a similar field, with a focus on Human Resources or Psychology.
- You work in a structured, independent and detail-oriented manner and can maintain an overview when handling multiple tasks simultaneously.
- You proactively and openly engage with people—whether in face-to-face meetings, by phone or in written communication.
- You communicate confidently in German and English, both verbally and in writing.
- Technical affinity and self-initiative complete your profile.
- Prior experience in an HR environment or in recruiting is a plus, but not required.
