About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

You will be responsible for our HR operations and handle tasks ranging from managing benefits, contracts and employee master data to ongoing personnel administration.
You will support recruiting activities—from drafting job postings and handling day-to-day applicant correspondence to onboarding new colleagues.
You will design our employee surveys, coordinate their implementation and analyze the results.
You will organize our employee reviews, which take place twice a year, and prepare the related analyses.
You will plan and organize company-wide team events, including monthly get-togethers and a larger event each quarter.

Requirements

What you’ll need

You are currently enrolled in a degree program such as Business Administration or a similar field, with a focus on Human Resources or Psychology.
You work in a structured, independent and detail-oriented manner and can maintain an overview when handling multiple tasks simultaneously.
You proactively and openly engage with people—whether in face-to-face meetings, by phone or in written communication.
You communicate confidently in German and English, both verbally and in writing.
Technical affinity and self-initiative complete your profile.
Prior experience in an HR environment or in recruiting is a plus, but not required.
