About the role
- Own Blavity’s Iterable instance and email/lifecycle operating model
- Design growth funnels and lifecycle journeys
- Track and report on subscriber growth, engagement, and retention
- Mentor and support email and growth team members
Requirements
- MBA or M.A. in Hospitality
- 6-8+ years of experience in CRM
- Proven ability to partner cross-functionally in fast-paced environments
- Strong working experience with Iterable
- 2+ years managing people/teams
