• Own the AI Edge content engine: long-form blog posts, thought leadership articles, and evergreen video content
• Curate and write a bi-weekly AI Edge newsletter sends
• Transform monthly AI Edge workshop recordings into multi-channel content marketing material
• Coordinate with tech and AI creators to identify timely content opportunities
• Work with Black Tech Green Money to ensure podcast clips are strong and valuable
• Partner with our SEO team to create blog-post like educational content
• Develop paid marketing content and partner on the paid ad strategy

Operations

• Support the AfroTech Insider membership program on a part-time contract basis
• Own the day-to-day execution of operational and infrastructure projects
• Build and manage conversion pathways from free and low-cost programming into paid annual membership
• Implement and maintain UTM tracking and attribution setup across all membership registration links
• Ensure public-facing membership pages clearly communicate program tiers, pricing, and the path to joining
• Track attendance and conversion data across paid and free programming touchpoints and produce monthly reports
• Build and maintain a membership KPI dashboard tracking enrollment by channel, churn, and event engagement
• Coordinate with the operations team to establish data connections needed for membership programming
