About the role

  • Manage the full lifecycle of federal government proposals from pre-RFP planning through final submission.
  • Serve as the central coordinator across Business Development, Capture, technical teams, pricing, contracts, and partners.
  • Own proposal execution to ensure all submissions are fully compliant.
  • Establish and maintain standardized proposal management processes, schedules, and communication rhythms across stakeholders.
  • Lead proposal kickoffs, daily stand-ups, storyboarding sessions, and formal color team reviews.
  • Drive proposal quality by ensuring all color reviews are completed and feedback is incorporated prior to submission.
  • Support Business Development and Capture Managers by aligning proposal content with capture strategies.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or a related field.
  • 4+ years of experience managing federal government proposals within the GovCon industry.
  • 2+ years of experience leading compliant, on-time proposal submissions for IDIQs, task orders, BPAs, and/or single-award contracts.
  • 2+ years of experience working with federal procurement regulations, including FAR, DFARS, and agency-specific proposal instructions.
  • 2+ years of experience developing and maintaining proposal schedules, compliance matrices, outlines, and content plans.
