About the role

  • Support the full lifecycle of company contracts
  • Negotiate and administer prime contracts, subcontracts, NDAs, TAs, and contract modifications
  • Ensure regulatory compliance and mitigate risk
  • Maintain accurate documentation while supporting timely and effective contract execution.
  • Develop and manage NDAs, TAs, and subcontracts with teaming partners and subcontractors.
  • Ensure all contractual agreements comply with FAR, DFARS, and all applicable regulations and company policies.
  • Manage contract kick-offs
  • Handle contract modifications
  • Monitor funding levels and Period of Performance (PoP)
  • Identify, assess, and mitigate contractual and compliance risks.
  • Maintain accurate, organized, and audit-ready contract documentation.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with various teams.
  • Provide guidance and training to internal stakeholders on contract-related matters.
  • Ensure timely responsiveness to internal and external stakeholders (within 24 hours).

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Law, Finance or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in contracts management within the government contracting sector.
  • 3+ years of experience interpreting and applying FAR and DFARS.
  • 3+ years of experience negotiating and administering prime contracts, subcontracts, NDAs, and teaming agreements.
