About the role
- Responsible for driving revenue growth and expanding client base through strategic business development initiatives
- Work closely with the sales team and senior management to identify potential business opportunities
- Build strong relationships with prospects and clients, and negotiate contracts
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, competition, and potential areas of growth
- Stay updated with industry developments and technologies to effectively position software solutions
- Negotiate and finalize contracts and agreements with clients, ensuring favorable terms for both parties
- Provide regular reports and updates on business development activities, sales performance, and market insights to senior management
Requirements
- Excellent command of English written and verbal with proper accent
- 3-4 years of experience in the mentioned domain
- Proven track record in business development and sales within the computer software industry
- Strong understanding of software development processes and technologies
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and key stakeholders
- Self-motivated, proactive, and results-driven mindset
- Willingness to travel as required by the business
