About the role
- Operational responsibility for ERP processes and their reliable execution in day-to-day operations
- Ensure the stability, data quality, and consistency of our ERP as the system of record
- Responsible for order-to-cash, returns, and correction processes within the ERP
- Ensure accurate representation of inventory, goods movements, and warehouse structures
- Own the quality and structure of our master data (items, customers, legal entities, warehouses)
- Ensure correct representation of finance-relevant ERP processes and posting logic
- Support the development and further enhancement of ERP-related KPIs and process monitoring
- Identify operational weaknesses and drive continuous improvement
- Work closely with Product Owners, Tech Leads, and business units
Requirements
- Solid ERP expertise with strong technical understanding
- Experience in operational ownership of ERP-centered processes
- Understanding of end-to-end processes across system boundaries
- Strong grasp of data quality, process logic, and system stability
- Work in a structured, analytical, and solution-oriented manner
- Comfortable in a role with clear operational ownership and process responsibility
- Combine technical understanding with practical operational experience
