Operations

• Operational responsibility for ERP processes and their reliable execution in day-to-day operations
• Ensure the stability, data quality, and consistency of our ERP as the system of record
• Responsible for order-to-cash, returns, and correction processes within the ERP
• Ensure accurate representation of inventory, goods movements, and warehouse structures
• Own the quality and structure of our master data (items, customers, legal entities, warehouses)
• Ensure correct representation of finance-relevant ERP processes and posting logic
• Support the development and further enhancement of ERP-related KPIs and process monitoring
• Identify operational weaknesses and drive continuous improvement
• Work closely with Product Owners, Tech Leads, and business units
