About the role
- Own and exceed quarterly and annual sales quotas across an assigned enterprise territory, backed by a sharp target prospect list and regional sales plan
- Build and execute go-to-market strategies in partnership with the marketing team to accelerate pipeline and revenue
- Serve as a trusted advisor to customers - deeply understanding their current environment and future roadmap to position Blackpoint Cyber solutions with precision
- Drive the full sales cycle: prospect qualification, executive discovery, solution positioning, and deal closure
- Lead executive-level conversations that open doors and build lasting partnerships
- Maintain strong post-sale relationships to ensure customer satisfaction and expand revenue within existing accounts
- Leverage deep MSP and cybersecurity industry knowledge to carry credible technical conversations around data, compute, and the threat landscape
Requirements
- 5+ years of full-cycle SaaS sales experience in the MSP and cybersecurity space, with a track record of meeting or exceeding 100%+ of quota
- Proven success in fast-paced, high-velocity sales environments
- A strategic mindset — you know how to prioritize your book of business to hit targets without losing sight of long-term relationships
- Consistent, accurate forecasting and command of the sales cycle from Discovery through Close
- Resilience, creativity, and a hunter mentality when it comes to prospecting and partner engagement
- Hands-on experience with CRMs (HubSpot preferred) to keep your pipeline clean and your day efficient
