About the role

  • Own the "last mile" of execution for all demand generation programs. This includes building Marketo programs, configuring nurture flows, and managing the final deployment of emails and forms.
  • Own the technical setup of Marketo programs for new campaigns. You will collaborate on campaign architecture, manage and maintain programs and campaign logic. Additionally, you will proactively monitor lead scoring and lifecycle triggers to ensure automation remains healthy and data flows correctly.
  • Act as the technical resource for campaign web assets. Build and publish landing pages in WordPress, ensuring seamless form integration, follow-up workflows, and conversion optimization.
  • Manage the creation and alignment of Salesforce campaigns with Marketo programs. You will be responsible for mapping member statuses and verifying that lead data flows accurately into SFDC to ensure visibility and reporting integrity.
  • Act as the final builder and gatekeeper for all outgoing emails. Lead a rigorous QA process to ensure accuracy in audience segmentation, email rendering, link tracking, and email compliance.
  • Support the Marketing Ops team as a technical resource, assisting with the execution of data enrichment workflows and automated GTM plays.

Requirements

  • 3-5+ years of direct Marketo Engage experience: You must be a power user comfortable building complex multi-stream nurture programs and troubleshooting smart list logic. Marketo Certified Expert or Adobe Certified Professional/Expert - Marketo Engage highly preferred.
  • Direct Salesforce Experience: High comfort level with the Marketo-SFDC sync, campaign objects, and building reports to track lead flow.
  • WordPress Proficiency: Hands-on experience managing landing pages and content blocks within WordPress.
  • Technical Precision: An obsession with detail. You are the person who catches the broken link or the incorrect segment before it goes live.
  • Email Marketing Standards: Solid understanding of deliverability, CAN-SPAM, GDPR, and CASL compliance.
  • MarTech Versatility: Familiarity with GTM automation tools like Clay and multi-touch attribution platforms like Bizible.
