About the role
- Serve as a key member of our leadership team, overseeing the medical aspects of our behavioral health services
- Lead a cohort of psychiatrists, psychiatric nurse practitioners, and other medical professionals
- Develop and implement evidence-based treatment plans
- Ensure regulatory compliance
- Collaborate across teams to deliver integrated, personalized, and comprehensive care
- Shape clinical excellence while mentoring the next generation of pediatric mental health providers
Requirements
- Master's Degree from an accredited nursing program
- PMHNP-BC certification
- Active PMHNP/APRN license in Virginia, Pennsylvania, New Jersey, or Maryland
- At least 3 years of post-licensure experience practicing as a PMHNP
- At least 3 years of experience in an administrative or leadership role in a behavioral health setting
- Strong clinical skills and knowledge of evidence-based practices in pediatric psychiatry
- Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate a team of medical professionals
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
- Knowledge of regulatory requirements and standards related to behavioral health services
