About the role
- Assist in the preparation of architectural drawings, plans, and renderings using design software (AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, etc.).
- Collaborate with team members on project concepts, development, and revisions.
- Conduct research on building codes, zoning regulations, and materials to ensure compliance and feasibility.
- Prepare presentations, models, and visualizations to effectively communicate design concepts.
- Coordinate with other disciplines (e.g., structural, MEP engineers) to ensure seamless project integration.
- Support the project team in maintaining timelines and delivering high-quality work.
Requirements
- Bachelors degree in Architecture or a related field.
- Proficiency in architectural design tools (AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite, etc.).
- Strong understanding of architectural concepts, building systems, and design principles.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Must reside in the United States or be a U.S. citizen.
- Internship or academic experience with professional architectural projects (preferred).
- Knowledge of sustainable design principles or certifications (e.g., LEED) (preferred).
- Familiarity with 3D rendering tools like Lumion, Enscape, or V-Ray (preferred).
