About the role
- Develop design concepts and produce high-quality architectural drawings and renderings
- Collaborate with clients, project managers, and consultants to ensure project requirements are met
- Create and manage construction documents, ensuring accuracy and compliance with codes and regulations
- Assist in material and product research to support design development
- Participate in project presentations and client meetings as needed
- Coordinate with team members to meet project deadlines in a remote work environment
Requirements
- Bachelors or Masters degree in Architecture or related field
- 3+ years of professional experience in architectural design (remote experience is a plus)
- Proficiency in software such as AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, Rhino, or similar design tools
- Strong knowledge of building codes, zoning regulations, and construction standards in the U.S.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Legal authorization to work in the United States (U.S. citizenship or green card required)
- Preferred: Experience with sustainable design principles or LEED accreditation
- Familiarity with virtual collaboration tools (e.g., Zoom, Slack, Asana, or similar)
- Experience in managing multiple projects remotely
