About the role

  • Focus on the delivery of civil site development projects assistance in the design, construction, and project management of projects involving grading design, stormwater design, erosion control design, culvert design, and pavement design
  • Hands-on involvement in permitting process
  • Significant interaction with multi-disciplinary internal teams and external clients
  • Assist Engineering Manager in maintaining project schedules and budgets
  • Interface directly with the client or sub-consultants
  • Support business development through writing of technical approaches, scopes of work, and presentation to clients
  • Communication with other engineering disciplines and project team

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or related discipline
  • Licensed PE or ability and interest to obtain PE and/or be in active pursuit of registration
  • Thorough understanding of civil site development (i.e., Site Plans, Permitting, Grading, Storm Water Management, Storm Water Design)
  • Ability and motivation to lead portions of complex projects with guidance and mentorship
  • Minimum of 5 years related work experience
