About the role
- Contribute to technical due diligence engagements for data center/digital and other infrastructure assets
- Collect and analyze data
- Develop technical assessment reports and conduct site visits
- Maintain client contacts and develop overall project management responsibilities
- Collaborate with a multi-disciplinary team of engineers, consultants, and financial analysts
- Work on multiple concurrent projects
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree or relevant work experience
- 4+ years experience in a business/consulting environment
- Understanding of tenants/offtakes, development, design and operational differences between hyper-scale, edge and colocation data centers
- Familiarity with data center tier rating systems
- Knowledge of data center development, design, construction and/or operations
- Ability to operate multiple software packages including: Microsoft Office
- Advanced PC literacy
- Certifications related to area of expertise, where applicable preferred
