About the role

  • Partner with client stakeholders to create and implement change management strategies and organizational development initiatives.
  • Lead change management plans from assessment through implementation.
  • Analyze stakeholders, assess readiness and impacts, and lead change networks to support adoption.
  • Create solutions that enable leadership alignment, team performance, and organizational effectiveness.
  • Diagnose organizational challenges and leverage data and behavioral science to design program recommendations.
  • Build and facilitate team sessions, stakeholder workshops, and leadership development programs.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Instructional Design, Communications, Education, Business, Organizational Development, or related field, or 8+ years of equivalent experience.
  • 7+ years experience in a business/consulting environment.
  • Experience supporting organizational design, operating model, or organizational effectiveness initiatives.
  • Strong written and verbal communication and active listening skills.
  • Proven ability to build relationships and work effectively at all organizational levels.
  • Collaborative, team oriented mindset.
  • Willingness to travel ~ 25%, based on client or project needs.
  • Certifications: Prosci Change Management Certification preferred.
