About the role
- Focus on the delivery of civil site development projects
- Assist in the design, construction, and project management of a wide variety of projects involving grading design, stormwater design, erosion control design, culvert design, and pavement design
- Hands-on involvement in permitting process
- Significant interaction with multi-disciplinary internal teams and external clients
- Support business development through writing of technical approaches, scopes of work, and presentation to clients
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or related discipline
- Licensed PE or ability and interest to obtain PE and/or be in active pursuit of registration
- Minimum of 5 years related work experience
- Holds an active engineering registration or licensure to support engineer of record (EOR) requirements
- Thorough understanding of civil site development (i.e., Site Plans, Permitting, Grading, Storm Water Management)
- Ability and motivation to lead portions of complex projects with guidance and mentorship
