About the role
- Lead end-to-end project execution for private network deployments (LTE/5G Wireless, LTE/5G Core, Backhaul/Transport, Fiber Integration, Network and Cybersecurity)
- Work closely with engineering teams, client IT/OT teams, and internal stakeholders to meet project commitments
- Track schedules, deliverables, and action items, proactively identifying and escalating risks and issues
- Demonstrate a strong sense of ownership, accountability, and follow-through
- Operate effectively in a fast-moving environment where processes and structures continue to evolve
- Own delivery of assigned projects, portfolios, or programs with accountability for scope, schedule, cost, and client satisfaction
- Serve as the primary day-to-day point of contact for clients, building strong, long-term partnerships
- Lead and coordinate multi-disciplinary teams including engineering, Project Coordinators, and Associate Project Managers
- Provide leadership across multiple projects or workstreams, including potential mentoring and oversight of other project managers
- Partner closely with engineering and solution leadership on resource planning, delivery strategy, and execution
- Support proposal efforts, planning activities, and strategic client engagements as appropriate for experience level
- Operate as a hands-on leader in a fast-paced, growth environment supporting both services-based and large-scale EPC or program work
Requirements
- 10+ years of industry experience including private network deployments for utilities with a focus on LTE/5G Wireless, LTE/5G Core, Backhaul/Transport, Fiber Integration, Network and Cybersecurity
- 5+ years experience of Project Management experience
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
