About the role

  • Independently perform electrical engineering assignments of medium to high complexity
  • Design and develop Mission Critical electrical systems
  • Prepare and review engineering deliverables such as drawings, specifications, reports, calculations, and studies
  • Support resolution of RFIs, submittals, and field issues
  • Assist project leadership with technical scope definition and execution planning
  • Manage assigned electrical engineering scope to meet budget, schedule, and quality expectations
  • Coordinate effectively with multidisciplinary teams, clients, and internal stakeholders
  • Provide technical guidance and informal mentoring to Associate Engineers and interns

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Engineering
  • Minimum of 5 years related work experience
  • Fundamentals of Engineering (FE) / Engineering-in-Training Certification (preferred)
  • U.S. Professional Engineer (PE) License, or actively in progress of licensure (preferred)
  • Experience with mission critical facilities, power reliability, or Federal/DoD infrastructure (preferred)
  • Working knowledge of specifications development, RFIs, and submittals
  • Experience with engineering tools such as Revit, AutoCAD, Bluebeam, and electrical analysis software (e.g., ETAP, SKM)
