About the role

  • Create relationships with clients and act as a liaison between design teams and clients
  • Lead business development efforts for I&C-related master plans and design projects
  • Produce marketing content specific to each pursuit and negotiate contracts
  • Pursue and lead SCADA Assessments and Master Plans for utilities
  • Manage and coordinate marketing, planning, design, and construction phase services for automation, instrumentation, control and SCADA projects
  • Lead I&C design projects and coordinate multi-discipline engineering efforts
  • Attend client and contractor meetings, perform field investigations, and attend factory acceptance testing
  • Monitor and control project schedules and budgets

Requirements

  • Requires a bachelor's degree in engineering from a recognized accredited program
  • Minimum of 11 years related work experience
  • 10 years’ experience in instrumentation, control, and automation design consulting
  • 4 years’ experience in the water/wastewater industry
  • 2 years’ experience in project management and business development
  • Must be able to complete pre-employment onboarding requirements which may include criminal/civil background check, drug screen, and motor vehicle records search
  • Holds an active engineering registration or licensure to support engineer of record (EOR) requirements
